For the BAFTAs in 2010, Orange hosted a live chat with celebrity tweeter Peter Serafinowicz during the film awards ceremony. I worked as copywriter for the website and also as part of the creative team during the conceptual stages. On the night, I managed the popular live chat through Facebook, Twitter and the chat app on the Orange BAFTAs site.
I worked as copywriter, creative and social media manager during the BAFTA Film Awards in 2011. This included creative ideas for a daily 'film season' calendar of events; copy throughout the Orange BAFTAs site as well as managing competitions and reporting live from the BAFTA red carpet.

The Feed is Orange's brand blog-with-a-twist that launches a new mini-campaign every week.
I worked with the brilliant team developing The Feed creatively, writing copy for each blog post and building their Twitter community. Many of the projects gained some really lovely coverage around the web and set the foundations to grow a strong and loyal social fan base around it.

Virgin launched their smashing formula one racing team in 2009 exclusively online. I worked as copywriter for virginracing.com, collaborating with the creative team to devise a snappy, sharp digital voice to match the branding.
I also established and curated their Facebook and Twitter profiles during phase one of the launch, setting up the initial online fan base and processes for using their social networks.

Manifesto, French Connection's strapping brand-blog was created to give a manly sales push in the men's department. I helped create a playfully burly tone of voice aligned to the above the line campaign, tailored specifically for blogging and social networking.
The blog received some great coverage online, and inspired a few brands to follow suit.

I took the reins of the Orange Wednesdays Film Club Facebook page in early 2010. At the time, it was a nice side project with a pleasing 9,000 members. In under a year, I had helped the Page grow to over 31,500 Likes, with an unusually active and engaged community.
Due to cultivating the community, we were having up to 2m post views a day, with members posting up content and having long film-related discussions completely unprompted.
During managing the Film Club, I organised competitions, curated and monitored the Facebook and Twitter conversations and lead creative ideas and strategy.

I worked with Skype as a copywriter and creative, helping to produce voiceover scripts, banners, emails and web copy. This meant adapting their straightforward but jolly language for everything from complex installation guides for Skype For Business, to simple promotional copy in the shop.

French Connection's YouTique was the first of it's kind - a boutique interactive store hosted on YouTube.
I worked as a copywriter during the conception and production stages of the project. This meant adapting their fashion-focused, detached tone from the above the line campaign to suit a more open and social space.
